Lurpak Lighter Olive Blend 60% fat of which 50% butter fat and 50% veg fat, salted

Appearance: Blend should look close and have a homogenous cut, that is frosted and can
seems "wollen". There must not be any moisture on cut or on indicator paper.

Consistency: At 7 °C blend should be supple and continuously. The product must be spreadable and soft, but not greasy. Mealts easily in mouth.

Taste: Pure slightly acidulous, aromatic taste with a weak and not dominant taste of olive oil. Salty taste is strong initially but decreases rapidly.

Smell: Pure slightly acidulous,aromatic smell.
